How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries land within 5–12 days of dispatch depending on distance, route and season. We give you an ETA when the carrier is assigned and update you if it moves.
Who pays for transport?
Transport is quoted separately from the listing price so you can compare it, or arrange your own carrier if you prefer. If a return is approved inside the inspection window, we cover collection.
Can I collect it myself?
Absolutely. You are welcome to pick up in person at — just tell us when you are coming so it is prepped and the paperwork is ready.
Is it insured in transit?
Yes — every carrier we book carries cargo insurance for the full value. We will share the certificate details with your dispatch confirmation on request.
